Livia offers a 120-Days, Money-Back Guarantee on all Livia Products sold on its website. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you may return it for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

• Returned products must be in good physical condition.
• All Livia accessories as purchased must be included in the parcel.
• Please add your details: name, order number and the email used to order the device (to ensure easy tracing from our side).
• Livia does not cover return Shipping and Handling Charges, gift wrap fees and/or taxes paid (e.g., state-tax, customs, VAT).
Once and only after the parcel has been received and administered in our offices, we will start the refund procedure of your purchase within 30 business days.
