How does it work?

The technology behind Livia is based on the Gate Control Theory and works by transmitting special micro-pulses to the central nervous system to keep the nerves “busy.” When menstrual pain signals are transmitted, the nerve gate is closed and reduces or eliminates the pain being felt. In addition, Livia’s micro-pulses activate the body’s natural pain defenses to produce pain-fighting endorphins and further reduce pain.

Will I still need to take pain medications?

Livia has been indicated by the FDA to relieve menstrual pain in conjunction with pain medications. You may find that using Livia allows you to reduce the amount of pain medications you take.

What does the Livia kit include?

Your Livia kit includes the device, your choice of 4 colorful classic covers, a USB charging cable, a protective travel case, a set of Livia flower pads, and a 3-month supply of Livia gel pads. You’ll need to order additional gel pads before your 3-month supply runs out.

My menstrual pains are really bad. Can Livia help?

Absolutely! Livia can eliminate strong menstrual pains and provides significant relief, even in the most severe cases. And if for some reason you don’t get the relief you need, you have 120 days to return your Livia kit for a full refund.

Is Livia effective for all ages?

Once Livia is on, you should start to feel relief within 30-60 seconds.

Can I use Livia in public?

How does it feel?

Can I sit/ move/ exercise with this?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery should usually take 3-5 days in the US and up to 14 days outside the US. In cases when high demand causes temporary supply shortages, delivery may take up to 30 days.

Are there any side effects?

There are no known side effects with using Livia. Directions for use are carefully outlined in the user manual.

Can it affect my fertility?

It will not. Livia works externally and will not interfere with your cycle, hormonal balance, or other bodily functions. However, we do not recommend using Livia if you are currently undergoing fertility treatment.

Was Livia tested on humans?

Is Livia safe to use?

Are there any limitations to use Livia?

Livia should only be used to relieve menstrual pain. You should not use Livia if you have a heart pacemaker Livia’s electrodes should not be placed over open wounds, cancerous lesions, or infected or inflamed skin eruptions.

What if Livia doesn’t work for me?

The Livia Subscription Plan has a 4 month minimum. If you are dissatisfied with your Livia, you may cancel the Plan by returning it to us between 4 and 12 months after your purchase and we will refund your upfront payment. (We’re sorry, but your monthly payments cannot be refunded.) If you cancel your Plan after 12 months, there is no need to return the device to us, as there are no refunds after 12 months. We suggest that you contact us before canceling your Plan, however, as there is a good chance we can advise you on how to get the results from Livia that you are looking for.

Does Livia come with a warranty?

It sure does! Because we never compromise on customer satisfaction, you’ll get a 2-year warranty for the Livia device. As is the case with most manufacturers, the warranty does not cover our accessories, but you can order replacements on our website at a reasonable price.

Does Livia come with everything I need?

Yes. Your Livia kit includes the device, your choice of 4 colorful classic covers, a USB charging cable, a protective travel case, a set of Livia flower pads, and a 3-month supply of Livia gel pads. You’ll want to order a 6-month supply of gel pads before your 3-month supply runs out. (If you use our subscription plan, the gel pads will be mailed to you automatically.)

Will I need to change batteries?

Nope! Livia operates on rechargeable, non-removeable batteries, which can be charged by using your Livia USB charging cable or any other micro USB cable.

What’s included in the Livia subscription?

Everything you need! First, gel pads will be automatically shipped directly to you on a regular schedule. The subscription also includes a Lifetime warranty covering the Livia device, parts and all accessories. What’s more, you’ll get a brand-new Livia kit every 3 years at no extra charge so you you’ll always have the latest version of Livia.

Once I’ve subscribed, when will I get my gel / flower pads?

Your first Livia kit will include a set of flower pads and a 3-month supply (i.e., 3 sets) sets of gel pads. After 3 months, a new 6-month supply of gel pads will arrive automatically to your door. Six months later, another 6-month supply of gel pads will be delivered. And that will continue as long as you maintain your subscription!
