Subscription

Your subscription has a minimum commitment period of 6 months. All subscription payments, including the sign-up fee, are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us through customer service, chat, or your account area. Depending on how many payments you have made, you have the following options:

• Keep the Device: Pay the remaining balance up to 12 monthly-equivalent payments (the full device price), and keep the device. This option is available at any time, from your first payment onward.
• Return the Device: Once you have completed at least 6 monthly-equivalent payments (the minimum commitment), you may return the device in accordance with the Livia Return Policy instead of paying the remaining balance.
• After 12 Payments: Once you have completed 12 monthly-equivalent payments, you have paid the full price of the device. You may cancel at any time from this point on, at no further cost and with no obligation to return the device.

All subscription payments are non-refundable under any of the above options.

Additional Rights for EU Customers:
Customers located in the European Union who cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including the sign-up fee, provided the device is returned in accordance with the Livia Return Policy. This 14-day right is separate from, and in addition to, the cancellation terms described above, which apply from day 15 onward.

One Time Purchase

If you purchased Products on the Site and wish to cancel prior to the shipping date, you may do so by submitting a cancellation request to support@mylivia.com, and you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation after shipping is governed by the Livia Return Policy: you have up to 120 days to return the device for a refund. You are responsible for returning the device, and the refund is issued only after the returned device has been received and processed (see the Return Policy for full details, including the return form and shipping instructions).

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever and without any explanation. If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will refund the price paid as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered, or any other claim or demand.

It sure does! Because we never compromise on customer satisfaction, you’ll get a 2-year warranty for the Livia device. As is the case with most manufacturers, the warranty does not cover our accessories, but you can order replacements on our website at a reasonable price.
